Job summary

Palm Beach Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a friendly Greeter to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service experiences. You’ll greet guests, connect them with the right team, and help ensure an exceptional dealership visit.

The Greeter serves as a front-line representative, assisting customers in person or by phone, and supporting service and sales teams during busy times. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Directs customers to the correct department.
• Notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
• Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information.
• Serves as telephone backup.
• Serves as clerical backup.
• Prints daily reports and weekly schedules for the General Manager and other dealership managers.
• Conducts outbound customer calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
