Qualifications

• Front desk or retail experience helpful.
• Must be able to greet clients warmly and explain next steps clearly.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients’ needs and locate appropriate team member to assist.
• Introduce client to the appropriate member and ensure smooth handoff.
• Know and follow the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve satisfaction.
• Adhere to Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned; use MS Office as needed.
