Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly, professional manner.
• Escort customers to the appropriate service Advisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area and waiting lounges.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Collaborate with advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless experience.
• Help maintain a positive, customer-centric atmosphere at the dealership.
• Keep the parking lot neat and organized.
• Capture pictures of customers' vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
