Job summary

Park Place Dealerships is seeking a friendly Sales Greeter to welcome clients as they enter the showroom and set the tone for an extraordinary experience. You will greet guests, assess their needs, and connect them with the right dealership team member for assistance.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to navigate CCR processes, and adherence to Park Place privacy and information security policies. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and operate vehicle.
• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients’ needs and locate appropriate member to assist.
• Introduce client to appropriate member.
• Know and understand the CCR process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction.
• Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients’ needs and route to the appropriate team member.
• Introduce clients to the appropriate staff member.
• Assist clients in navigating the CCR process to achieve client satisfaction.
• Adhere to Park Place privacy and information security policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to complete tasks.
