Park Place Dealerships is seeking a friendly Sales Greeter to welcome clients and guide them to the right team member. You will establish a positive first impression, explain the process, and support the dealership’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Front desk or retail experience helpful.
• Must be able to greet clients warmly and explain next steps clearly.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients’ needs and locate appropriate team member to assist.
• Introduce client to the appropriate member and ensure smooth handoff.
• Know and follow the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve satisfaction.
• Adhere to Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned; use MS Office as needed.

The Sales Greeter is a very crucial position at the dealership as they are the first person a client meets as they walk in. The Sales Greeter must ensure an amazing initial impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
