Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from guests, both external and in-house.

• Take room service orders.
• Field guest complaints, researching and negotiating effective solutions.
• Remain calm during emergencies and heavy hotel activity, using sound judgment.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
