Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for Memphis RiverLine Hotel in downtown Memphis, TN. You will be the welcoming face of the property, handling check-ins/outs, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a warm first impression.

You should have customer service experience, strong communication, cash handling, and be comfortable with hotel systems. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve problems.
• Proficiency with hotel property management software (PMS).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests.
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
