Job summary

Staypineapple is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to be the face of our boutique hotels. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, assist with luggage, and ensure a welcoming experience from cab arrival to room entry.

The role emphasizes upbeat service, strong communication, and the ability to arrange transportation and provide local recommendations. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering memorable guest experiences at Staypineapple

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–6 months related experience preferred.
Valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can acquire after hire).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Ability to interact with guests and team members politely and positively.
Ability to quickly assess situations and resolve problems.
Passion to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform daily front desk duties: check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs, and rate types of available rooms.
Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage to and from guest rooms.
Serve as a reference for guests needing information and arrange transportation as needed.
Acquire and share knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas, venues and attractions.
