Job summary

The Battery, a private social club in San Francisco, seeks a Guest Relations Agent to ensure seamless front desk operations and outstanding Member experiences onsite. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the hotel and escort guests to rooms to provide orientation.
• Greet Members and guests promptly upon arrival.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets, hours, pricing, and member-related issues.
• Monitor service quality and adjust to guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth, continuous service for Members.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and service opportunities.
• Liaise with Housekeeping to keep the property spotless and well-supplied.
