PRO Club in San Francisco seeks an Operations Associate to help run the club smoothly, deliver exceptional member service, keep facilities clean, and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere. You will gain broad exposure to hospitality operations and grow your career by supporting multiple areas of the club.

You'll greet members, assist with check-ins, bookings, and guest registrations, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position.
• Food Safety certification (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; verify memberships and registrations.
• Book appointments and reservations; provide program information.
• Deliver exceptional service and represent the club professionally.
• Operate cash register and process payments; balance cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
• Assist with laundry and towel service.
