Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Transmit messages via the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints with escalation when needed.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Support in breakfast area or luggage handling during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
