Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus (e.g., Fosse).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
• Check-in/check-out using the hotel's systems and verify guest information and payments.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of guest records and payments.
