Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our San Diego Downtown/Bayside property to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and support guest services with professionalism.

You will leverage your customer service experience to optimize reservations, protect guest records, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding experiences. We offer a people-first culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, hospitality preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent, or 6-12 months of related experience.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with hospitality procedures and systems.
Ability to lead by example and support team training.

Responsibilities

Efficiently book reservations and coordinate with the reservations center as needed
Check guests in and out promptly, using up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
Prepare for group arrivals, VIP check-ins, and departures
Maintain confidentiality and handle guest records with integrity
Answer calls professionally and relay accurate messages
Address minor guest concerns with empathy and resolve them promptly; escalated major issues when necessary
Respond to requests quickly and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
