Job summary

Onix Hospitality seeks a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth stay.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of front desk experience, strong communication skills, and can type 30–35 wpm; hotel computer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a hotel.
• Hotel computer experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Verify guest payment methods and handle credit procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to update room status.
• Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and service options.
• Maintain lobby, front desk areas, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of property services and brands to enhance guest experience.
