Job summary

Asphalt Green is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Associate for a part-time, in-person role at our campus. You will greet members and guests, manage front desk operations, and support membership services while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Candidates should be friendly, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, community-focused setting. Salesforce and POS experience are preferred; evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; Sunday–Thursday rota.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, guests, and program participants and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Handle check-in/check-out, access control, and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Provide program and service information and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Respond to questions, resolve concerns, and support membership operations.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience.
• Maintain front desk areas, inventory, and a clean, organized lobby.
