In this role you will support events, manage access control, and provide technical and administrative assistance across departments, contributing to a safe, memorable experience for our discerning members.

• 2–3 years client service/front-of-house in hospitality or corporate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and a smile.
• Transform arrivals with personalized amenities and interactions.
• Guide check-in/check-out and escort guests as needed.
• Share knowledge of amenities, attractions, and dining options.
• Manage badge/access processes with care and accuracy.
• Coordinate site equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Plan meetings/events with AV, catering, and vendors.
• Resolve booking conflicts with proactive solutions.
• Address inquiries with attentiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct opening/closing walkthroughs and report updates.
• Provide technical support for site technology needs.
• Offer administrative support across departments.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold safety protocols and security standards.
• Support morning and evening schedules as required.
• Take on additional responsibilities with enthusiasm.
