Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a Guest Services position with a full-service hotel.
• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and able to resolve problems with good judgement.
• Strong teamwork and English-language proficiency.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out for guests.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly with courtesy.
• Maintain guest history and information accurately.
• Ensure safety and crisis procedures are understood and followed.
• Coordinate inter-department communication to boost satisfaction.
