Job summary

HRI Properties is seeking a Guest Services Agent to provide excellent front-desk service. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle payments, and respond promptly to guest needs to ensure a positive stay experience.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and hospitality or customer service experience. Prior PMS experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic property connected to the Minneapolis Skyway System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely room readiness.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
