The Elliot Park Hotel in Minneapolis seeks a Director of Lifestyle to design and execute guest experience programs that reflect the property's culture and brand. You will curate personalized itineraries, insider recommendations, and on-site experiences that delight guests and strengthen community ties.

Collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and F&B teams, you will monitor local events, build partnerships with neighborhood partners, and ensure every activation enhances the guest journey while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, events, art, tourism, or related industry.
• Knowledge of Minneapolis neighborhoods and cultural assets is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine guest experience programs to enhance satisfaction.
• Develop customized itineraries and recommendations for guests.
• Guide guests on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• Serve as on-property resource for insider city knowledge.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and F&B to ensure consistent messaging.
