The Elliot Park Hotel in Minneapolis is seeking a Service Express Agent to handle incoming calls, direct guest requests, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience. You will log and fulfill requests, assist with emergencies, and support guest services at the front desk.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest services, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. The role requires staying attentive and maintaining guest privacy while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a Guest Services position with a full-service hotel.
• Must have High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve problems with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver prompt guest service.
• Enter Room Service orders and maintain guest history data.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and wine/ liquor sensitivities.
• Ensure safety procedures and crisis response readiness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and assist with emergencies as needed.
