The ideal candidate has customer service experience in hotels, strong communication, cash handling, and proficiency with hotel management software; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in hotels or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires cash handling experience and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel property management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
