Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Homestead in Midway to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage check-in/out, guest services, and reservations while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with other departments.

The role requires strong communication, a flexible schedule including nights/weekends, and prior cash handling experience to support a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months Front Desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the public and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff members.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
