Qualifications

• Front desk operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and transfer or answer questions.
• Handle cash bank with counts at start/end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect ID and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
