Schulte Hospitality Group in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative (Full-Time) to join our team. You will greet guests, manage the front desk, handle cash and payments, and ensure a high level of hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive; provide personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily; prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer telephone within three rings; transfer as needed.
• Manage issued bank; count at shift start/end; report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data with proper procedures.
• Follow checklist for check-in/check-out; collect IDs and payments.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
