Job summary

TownePlace Suites BWI in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a friendly Concierge to assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests, delivering the guest experience the hotel brand promises.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, coordinating services, recording requests, and maintaining professional appearance; Maryland Serve Safe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Maryland Serve Safe certificate required or able to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with Bell person, Housekeeping or other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Monitor club lounge for seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; assist individuals with disabilities; express appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and review written documents and calls with proper etiquette.
