Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk professional in Linthicum Heights, MD, to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and transportation, and provide local guidance. You will use the guest’s name to create a welcoming experience and help guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking or retrieving vehicles, and promoting hotel amenities while coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL license required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person with strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist arriving guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs and provide local area information.
• Promote hotel amenities and services and act as a city ambassador.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and transport guests as needed.
