Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a concierge for our Maryland hotel, focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience and providing local area information and recommendations. You will respond to guest requests, coordinate services, and ensure satisfaction throughout the stay.

The role requires delivering clear communication, handling calls and requests, and supporting departments to meet guest needs. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying providers.
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Must be able to obtain or have Maryland Serve Safe certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the overall stay.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain logs and communicate guest needs clearly to the team.
