Residence Inn Nashville Green Hills is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, set the tone for their stay, and deliver exceptional service at check-in and check-out. You’ll welcome guests in person and over the phone, handle inquiries, solve problems, and use hotel software to process payments accurately.

The role requires excellent English communication, comfortable with computer systems, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently.
• Comfort with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday.
• Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
