Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking a Hospitality Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, greeting them warmly and helping ensure a memorable visit. You’ll manage check-ins, assist with program registrations, and handle simple transactions while delivering outstanding service.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays, strong communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential to thrive in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests with a warm welcome and assist as needed.
• Assist with program registration, payment processing and scheduling services.
• Handle check-ins and respond to questions, resolving issues promptly.
• Identify friction points and help find solutions to improve experience.
• Participate in service recovery and maintain front desk cleanliness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to report and resolve problems.
• Answer queries about club services and facilities and complete transactions.
