Job summary

The Dillard House, a Farm Resort, part of the Legacy Ventures portfolio, seeks Front Desk Representatives to deliver outstanding guest service from check-in through checkout. You will assist with reservations, guide guests on local activities, and contribute to revenue via upselling hotel services.

Qualifications

• Front Desk Representatives greet and register guests and provide attentive service.

• Handle reservations, inquiries, and payments with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain guest records and assist with concierge tasks as needed.
