You will assist with reservations, guide guests on local activities, and contribute to revenue via upselling hotel services.

This one-of-a-kind property is nestled in the picturesque Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality.Summary: Front Desk Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities includes registering guests, making and modifying reservations, resort operator, and concierge duties.
