theWit Hotel seeks a polished Guest Service Agent to deliver refined service and warmth at our elite front desk. You will manage arrivals and departures, assist with reservations, and coordinate with departments to create a seamless stay in downtown Chicago.

The role requires a minimum of one year in front-office or hospitality, strong communication, and a professional appearance suitable for a luxury setting. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of front-office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with professionalism and poise.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including registrations and payments.
• Assist with reservations and anticipate guest needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage for cohesive service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Uphold theWit’s renowned guest service standards and attention to detail.
