Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in processes.
• Handle check-out procedures and process payments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve complaints.
• Perform various administrative tasks at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the premises and ensure security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a cash drawer.
• Multi-task by managing guests, phone calls, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures as needed.
