Job summary

The Michaels Companies Burlington (NC) is seeking a Part Time Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Flexibility for varying shifts, standing for long periods, and ability to lift heavy boxes are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standard procedures.
• Assist with stocking, truck unloading, and maintaining merchandise layout.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
