Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Concord, NC is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, ring up purchases, and assist with unloading trucks. You will stock merchandise and participate in planograms to keep the store well organized.

You will also engage customers in rewards programs, support omnichannel processes, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment. Physical effort and flexibility for evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash transactions to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Engage customers in loyalty programs and educate on VOC surveys.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and store operations.
