Job summary

Michaels Burlington is seeking team members to deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy retail environment. You’ll assist customers, manage quick checkouts, and support store operations including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

Role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. Eloquently promote the Rewards program and frame shop services while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry items.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, help them find products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling.
• Promote Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store programs.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock, and follow planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery.
