Job summary

Customized Guard Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador for a premier high-rise property. You will greet tenants, guests, and visitors, helping them with directions, building amenities, and information, delivering a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

You will control access, verify identifications, issue visitor passes, and maintain a visitor log, while coordinating with security and maintenance teams to keep the lobby safe and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
