Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside seeks a Front Office Host / PBX Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at the hub of the hotel. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, manage room assignments, and be the main contact for hotel information and calls.

In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations, handle PBX calls professionally, protect guest confidentiality, and uphold Hyatt's Culture of Care

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous guest service exposure in front office is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to stand for long periods and assist guests.

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handle room assignments, keys, guest accounts, and payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and service recovery opportunities promptly.
