Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is seeking a Front Office Host to welcome guests, handle reservations, and support seamless check-ins. You will be the face of Hyatt, providing courteous service and promoting hotel services.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and a service-first mindset, with opportunities to liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Training and growth potential are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability for days, nights, mid shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer multi-line phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Create new reservations in person, via email or by telephone.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
• Ensure guest rooms meet requests and hotel standards; accommodate special client needs.
• Process all payments (charges, cash, checks, debit, credit).
• Research and resolve disputed charges for guests.
• Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with issues.
• Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specs.
• Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees.
