Job summary

Qualifications

• Tech-literate with basic math and computer skills.
• Willing to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Minimum one year in front desk or guest service.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• High school diploma required; a college degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage bookings, including upselling where appropriate.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out; verify IDs and issue room keys.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Provide local knowledge and assist with reservations and directions.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and reporting incidents.
• Present a neat appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the front desk team.
