Qualifications

• High school diploma or qualification; a college or university degree is a bonus but not essential.
• At least 1 year in front desk or guest service.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and kick off a memorable experience.

• Take and manage bookings, upsell and inform about stay enhancements.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
