Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a busy store environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, handle returns, and explain how to use services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset to uphold Target’s service standards. You will engage with guests across in-store and digital channels, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting store

Qualifications

Comfort with assisting guests using digital options like pickup, drive-up and loyalty features.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Help guests find items, resolve issues and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and follow up as needed.
Assist teammates and adapt to business needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
Demonstrate knowledge of current promos, store events and Target App features.
