Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.

In this fast-paced role, you will learn Target’s services such as order pick up and drive up, participate in promotions, and collaborate with team members to keep aisles clean and operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with guests and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Willingness to learn Target's services (Order Pick Up, Drive Up, etc.).
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physical role and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests locate items, resolve issues, and thank them at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support teammates as needed.
• Promote and explain Target benefits and loyalty programs to guests.
