You will guide guests through promotions, loyalty sign-ups, and using the Target App, while ensuring quick and accurate checkouts and a friendly store experience.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and exceptional guest service, with training provided to help you grow in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.

• Explain promotions, store activities, and how to use Target features in the app.
• Promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
