Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests at the store, delivering a welcoming experience and guiding them through product features and loyalty options. You will assist with online orders, drive-up services, and in-store pickups while maintaining high standards of service.

You will greet guests, resolve questions, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications
