Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring shopping experience for guests at the store. You will greet customers, help locate products, and explain Target benefits and loyalty programs while ensuring fast, accurate service at the checkout.

The role includes supporting order pickup, drive-up, returns, and in-store activities with a customer-first mindset. Training is provided to learn processes and safety standards.
