Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience while completing store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
