Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, run the POS, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist management with vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Duties to be performed in a timely manner.
• Able to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
