Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-tier guest experience while supporting daily store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash levels, and ensure cleanliness and in-stock conditions across the store.

Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential, along with basic computer skills and reliable transportation. Safety, teamwork, and customer service are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in coolers, etc.
• Walk/stoop/lift up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas including register and stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock levels.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
