Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive an exceptional guest experience and support store operations. The role includes welcoming guests, cash handling at the POS, and maintaining clean, fully stocked aisles.

You will work with management to address guest needs, assist with vendor check-ins, and support onboarding and training for new hires. A safe, inclusive work environment and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and climb ladders if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale with proper cash handling and voucher processes.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Manage gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
